Manual Wheelchair Open

Manual wheelchair players without any gender and age restrictions.



The same as the previous years we have to obey the rule: "First come first served" because the number of participants is limited. Please complete the registration by the on-line formular before May 20th, 2016. After completing the registration form each team will be provided a registration number. This number will enable you to add or correct the team information (like accommodation, trainings or friend matches requests and team lists). In case of queries please do not hesitate to contact us.


The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules, with the modifications of Czech Wheelchair Floorball Federation (download the Amendments to IFF rules) Note that the rule about the players without disability will be applied. There can be only two players without handicap on the field and the goalkeeper must have a handicap.

The match time will be 2 x 15 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 3 x 15 minutes.

The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of the last 3 minutes of the eliminating matches – starting from the quarterfinals.

There will be no team time-out with the exception of the eliminating matches starting from the quarter-finale.

Preliminary System

The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination). Minimum 5 matches are guaranteed for each team.


Referees are nominated in co-operation with the Czech Floorball Union. We accept also refs from abroad. In case of interest in participating as a referee please contact Mr David Růžička - the Head of the Referees.


The best team will be awarded with a diploma and cup. Each participant then will be awarded with a medal (max 15 per team).


The organizer does not provide local transportation. Bus transfers from or to the airsport or railway station may be booked separately for special rate, please contact us. the xact arrival or departure details must be specified 7 days prior arrival at the latest.


Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the organisation. Therefore a general travel insurance is reccommended.

The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury of the participants during the tournament.
